Legal
Terms of service
Last updated October 8, 2026
By creating an RxReady account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a pharmacy or company, you agree on its behalf.
The service
RxReady is a recordkeeping tool for compounding pharmacies: staff licenses and competency tests, equipment and cleanroom certifications, environmental monitoring, daily logs and an inspection checklist. It is not legal or regulatory advice and does not replace your standard operating procedures, your certifier, or your board of pharmacy. The starter checklist, the six-month interval and the reminder schedule are defaults you can change; USP chapters and state rules differ and change, so confirm requirements, action levels and deadlines with your board and your own procedures. Your pharmacy remains responsible for its licenses, certifications, testing, corrective actions and required records.
Your account
- Keep your password and inspector links private. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- The owner controls team access, decides where each invited person works, and can disable users.
- Enter staff information only when your pharmacy is allowed to store it. Never enter patient information.
- Do not attempt to break in, overload the service, or access another pharmacy's records.
Plans and billing
- New accounts get a 30-day free trial on the Non-sterile plan without a card. After the trial, records stay readable and exportable, but adding or changing records needs a paid plan.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel through the Billing page. Paid features continue until the end of the paid period, and we do not give partial refunds.
- If a subscription lapses, records remain stored, but higher-plan roles and limits may stop working until the subscription is restored.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Your data
Your pharmacy's records belong to your pharmacy. Accessible records can be exported as CSV. See the privacy policy for what we store.
Availability and liability
We work to keep RxReady available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Keep any paper or backup records your board, accreditor or insurer requires. The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will email account owners about material changes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
